As part of this mission, Conveyor based UV Sanitizer System Type UV-CUS450 has been developed and made available for combating the COVID-19 where large movement of material / people are expected.
UV germicidal irradiation (UVGI) is a well-known Inactivation technology. Of all the technologies available, UV irradiation is superior, as it is non-contacting type, to sanitize various household and office articles, gadgets. It effectively damages DNA/RNA of the viruses; thereby damaged organisms cannot replicate. This UV sanitization technology is useful for air, all types of surfaces of gadgets, water treatment etc. It kills variety of viruses, bacteria, fungi etc, including COVID-19
CONVEYOR BASED UV SANITIZER SYSTEM, Type: UV-CUS450 manufactured by Nucleonix Systems is designed to address the critical threat of transmission of COVID-19 through contaminated objects like Personnel Baggage, Hand bags, Electronic gadgets, Office files, Laptop bags, Food, Face Masks and gloves, Medical supplies, Tools, etc. as applicable for various facilities like Airports, Large Govt. / Non-Govt Institutions, Large Malls, Hotels & Retail outlets, Residential complexes and communities, etc. This Unit is designed for Sanitizing / Sterilization of the above objects which could have probably been exposed to COVID-19 virus either directly or indirectly by the process of UVc Irradiation when they are passed through the tunnel.
Through scientific studies it has been concluded that UVc Type of Radiation is the most lethal form of Radiation to kill COVID and other forms of virus by causing Cell / DNA damage. To Sanitize the baggage / packages, they have to be loaded on one of the Sample trays and towed into the Tunnel. Ensure the light curtains are closed properly before Sterilization. Sterilization/ Sanitization cycle in our equipment takes a duration of 10 seconds / adjustable time as set by the user. After completion of the Sterilization process, the Tray is Ejected out of the Tunnel by the Conveyor system and can be collected by the user. Note: In Normal use, there is no leakage of UV Radiation from the unit. However it is strongly advised to not look into the Tunnel while Sterilization process is ON.

| Standard Sample Tray: | A SS Grill based Sample Tray is offered as a default sample tray for loading samples for standard sterilization in 4Pi geometry as a low cost alternative. In this configuration the object has to be flipped upside down and sterilized once again, for better quality sterilization to sterilize any left-over blind areas. |
| Enhanced Sterilization Sample Tray: | A specially built sample tray with SS transparent platform is used for placement of samples for enhanced Sterilization. This is available as an additional option. This platform is transparent to UV Radiation and eliminates blind areas which are normally caused with the use of SS Grill tray or similar. In enhanced Sterilization mode upto 99.9999% of Covid-19, MRSA, H1N1 and other viruses present on solid and non-porous exposed surfaces will be destroyed. |
